Reese's Fudge Recipe

Reese's Fudge is a simple, microwave peanut butter fudge topped with Reese's Pieces and mini Reese's cups. This easy dessert is made in minutes and is perfect for your holiday treat tray!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (400g) Reese's peanut butter chips
  • 1 14 oz can (193ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (200g) Reese's pieces/ mini Reese's cups mix

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe bowl, add the peanut butter chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave for a total of 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Stir one final time to ensure the mixture is smooth and free of any lumps. Pour onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, spreading into a 9 inch square.
  • Sprinkle the reese's mix onto the top of the fudge, gently pressing down into the fudge.
  •  Refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting.
  • Cut and serve.
  • Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
