Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

Egg Free, edible chocoalte cookie dough with peanut butter chips make the perfect sweet treat!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  • Cream together the butter and sugars.
  • Add the vanilla and milk. Combine thoroughly.
  • Mix in the flour, cocoa and salt until combined. 
  • Stir in the peanut butter chips. Enjoy!
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

*If you’re nervous about consuming raw flour, I suggest you heat it beforehand! Simply microwave it for 1 1/2 minutes prior to making the recipe.
 
*Because this dough has no eggs or leavening agent, this dough will not bake into cookies successfully.
