Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies are such an easy dessert filled will all of those classic fall flavors. The recipe is simple yet so flavorful. The super soft and fluffy cookies will be your favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Using a hand mixer, combine the melted butter, sugar, vanilla and pumpkin. 
  • Mix in the eggs and milk.
  • Add the flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to the bowl and mix until combined. The batter will be soft.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp of dough onto a cookie sheet. The cookies will spread and grow quite a bit while baking.
  • Bake for 7-9 minutes. Pull out of the oven when the tops are no longer glossy.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the pan. Enjoy!
