Egg Free Monster Cookie Dough

Egg Free Monster Cookie Dough is a safe to eat cookie dough with all of the classic Monster Cookie flavors; peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips and mini m&m's. This dough is made just for eating, not baking!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter room temperature
  • 1/8 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini M&M's

Instructions

  • Cream together the butter, peanut butter and sugars.
  • Add the vanilla and milk. Combine thoroughly.
  • Mix in the flour, quick oats and salt until combined. 
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini M&M's. Enjoy!
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

*If you’re nervous about consuming raw flour, I suggest you toast it beforehand. Simply spread flour out on a baking sheet and cook for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool completely, then proceed with the recipe. Other options are to use oat or almond flour in it’s place.
