Double Trouble Chocolate Chip Cookies

Double Trouble Chocolate Chip Cookies are rich, chocolatey and chewy. The basic dough is absolutely loaded with chocolate! Hershey's chocolate bar and Guittard Baking chips fill the inside of each cookie. Chocolate Lover's rejoice over Double Trouble Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 11.5 oz bag Guittard Milk Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 1 Giant Hershey's Chocolate Bar (7 oz)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • Cream together the butter, both sugars, eggs and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, salt and baking soda.
  • Mix the dry ingredients with the creamed mixture. Mix well.
  • Chop the Hershey's Chocolate Bar.
  • Fold the chopped chocolate bar and Guittard baking chips into the cookie dough.
  • Scoop onto a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350° for 9-11 minutes or until the tops are no longer glossy.
  • Cool on the pan. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
