Frosted Raspberry Lemonade Pie

Frosted Raspberry Lemonade Pie is a simple freezer pie made from 3 ingredients that will surprise your taste buds! Vanilla Ice Cream, Raspberry Lemonade Concentrate and a Graham Cracker Crust is all you'll need! This pie is perfect for summer with it's bright flavors!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 12 oz can raspberry lemonade concentrate
  • 1 10 inch graham cracker crust

Instructions

  • Set the ice cream and the frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate out on the counter for 10-15 minutes or until thawed.
  • Whisk the liquid raspberry lemonade concentrate into the melty vanilla ice cream.
  • Pour into the graham cracker crust.
  • Freeze for 3-5 hours before slicing and serving.
  • Keeps well in the freezer for up for a 2 weeks.
