Easter fudge on the counter with cadbury eggs and a bite taken out of one of the fudge pieces.

Easter Fudge

Easter Fudge is one of my favorite treats to make in the springtime. This fudge has a chocolate and white chocolate layer and is filled with crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can sweetened condensed milk divided
  • 1 cup crushed mini Cadbury eggs

Instructions

  • Crush the cadbury mini eggs and place them in the freezer until needed.
  • Line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, add the semi sweet chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
  • Microwave for an additional 30 seconds and stir vigorously until smooth.
  • Pour into the bottom the prepared pan, and spread until even. Place the pan in the fridge.
  • In a separate microwave safe bowl, add the remaining sweetened condensed milk and the white chocolate chips.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
  • Microwave for an additional 30 seconds and stir vigorously until smooth.
  • Quickly, fold in the frozen mini cadbury eggs.
  • Pour the white chocolate fudge mixture on top of the semisweet chocolate fudge in the pan, spread smooth.
  • Top with a few extra pieces of crushed cadbury eggs, if desired.
  • Let the fudge set up in the fridge for 1 hour prior to cutting.
  • Enjoy!
