Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Cream together the butter and sugars until well combined.
Mix in the egg yolk and vanilla.
Add the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until the dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions for small cookies, or roll into one large ball for one giant cookie.
Arrange the cookies on a non-stick air fryer pizza pan or another oven safe pan that fits in your air fryer. If it isn't nonstick, line the pan with parchment paper.
For small cookies, leave the dough in balls and cook at 300° for 5-7 minutes. The cookies will be golden brown. For one giant cookie, flatten the cookie dough slightly before cooking. Cook at 300° for 8-11 minutes. The cookie will be golden brown and the top will begin to crack. Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes for the small cookies or for 15 minutes for the giant cookie. Enjoy!
