What’s in Reese’s Fudge?

  • Reese’s peanut butter chips
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Reese’s pieces/ mini Reese’s cups mix (I found a mixed bag at my local grocery store by the chocolate chips!)

Check out the recipe card below for the exact measurements and steps!

How to make Reese’s Fudge

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add in the peanut butter chips and the sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Microwave for a total of 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds.
  3. Stir one final time to ensure that the mixture is smooth and free of any and all lumps.
  4. Pour it out onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet, spreading the mixture into a square.
  5. Sprinkle Reese’s candy mix over the top of the fudge, gently pressing them into the fudge (this helps them to stick).
  6. Refrigerate the fudge for 30 minutes before cutting into it.

Please note that the fudge does not need to be stored in the fridge, this just helps it set up quickly.

How do I store Reese’s fudge?

You can store your cooled and set peanut butter fudge inside an airtight container on the counter for up to a week. The fudge tastes best when freshest and may dry out the older it becomes, so it’s important to eat it quickly. You can also store it in the fridge or freezer for a longer storage solution if you don’t think you can eat it fast enough.

How can I add chocolate to this fudge for peanut butter and chocolate fudge?

Switch out about half of the peanut butter chips with milk chocolate chips and follow the recipe as directed. The coloration will change and the flavors should be similar to biting into Reese’s cups with every tasty bite!
